Chino Hills’ free after-school Teen Activity Center will open for the fall school semester Monday, Aug. 9, the first day of school.
The program takes place across the street from Ruben S. Ayala High School, at the Chino Hills CommunityCenter, 14250 Peyton Drive.
The Teen Activity Center, open 2:30-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, offers supervised recreational activities for high school students ages 13 to 18. Activities including billiards, pingpong and games are available, plus study areas, television and music.
The program follows the Chino Valley Unified School District calendar and is closed on city holidays and school district days off, according to a news release.
