LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Interstate 75 North in Lexington is shut down due to a serious crash.
According to officials, the shutdown is at the 102 mile marker.
Lexington Police said it happened around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 5.
Police said the crash was fatal but didn’t say how many people are dead.
Traffic is being diverted at Exit 99 just north of the Clays Ferry Bridge onto Old Richmond Road.
Officials said to expect serious delays in the area.
Lexington Emergency Management said the shutdown will last until further notice while a crash reconstruction unit works the scene.
