SUPERIOR, WI -- Superior Police blocked traffic Wednesday night after reports of suspicious devices in the street.
Traffic was blocked at the corner of Winter Street and Hammond Avenue.
Officers found a 6-inch plastic cylinder which had wires extending from it.
It was in the middle of the sidewalk on the east side of Hammond Avenue.
