February vacation is fast approaching for schools, and if you’re looking for activities, Patriot Place in Foxborough is offering an entire week of fun.
From Monday Feb. 21 to Sunday Feb. 27, guests can skate, paint, do scavenger hunts and watch movies in their pajamas at the center near Gillette Stadium.
The activities begin with Winter Skate, where guest are invited to skate outdoors alongside Pat Patriot and the Patriots cheerleaders while eating snacks courtesy of Dunkin’ from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Monday.
On Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., the venue invited families to participate in a scavenger hunt that begins at Dean College Stage and moves throughout different Patriot Place destinations. Winners will be awarded a prize.
On Wednesday, there will be a pajama day at Showcase Cinema de Lux, where guests can wear their PJs from 12-3 p.m. There will also be a prize wheel that vacationers can spin for a chance to win Showcase gift cards, Patriot Place gift cards and memorabilia.
From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, Patriot Place will host the Rainforest Reptile Show, aimed towards educating and entertaining guests with live animals.
“The event is free, but interested guests need to register in advance. Capacity for the show is limited and spots will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis,” Patriot Place wrote in a press release.
By Friday, the fun will be in full swing, with a Mardi Gras block party from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
“Taking place at the Dean College Stage and surrounding restaurants, this family-friendly take on a New Orleans favorite will include a caricature artist, live DJ, dancing games, a bubble machine, hula hoops and prizes,” the press release read.
More skating will finish off the vacation.
“Finally, the week wraps up with the last day of Winter Skate for the season on Sunday, Feb. 27. To celebrate the end of another successful season of skating, guests can paint the ice from 6-6:30 p.m. for just $20 (paint kit included) and then skate on their creation once the ice is resealed at 7 p.m.,” the release read.
