“Previously in the summer, we were doing water valve replacements. Now, the last water valve replacement has happened, and we’re moving to fire hydrant replacements. We had 15 water valves replaced, and we have 12 hydrants to replace in the city,” said Aaroe.
The contractor, Knappett Industries of Fort St. John, has issued advance notice to all affected properties.
The following locations can expect temporary water shut-offs between September 23rd and 30th:
- 93rd Avenue from 10th Street and 11th Street, and 1021 94th Avenue.
