JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – All southbound lanes of Roosevelt are closed due to an accident Sunday morning.

According to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, one person is in serious condition.

JFRD crew rescued one person from the crash and took them to the hospital.
