Stromboli (Eolian Islands, Italy): Friday's lava flow on the Sciara del Fuoco did not stay active very long as the effusive activity from the base of the NE vent that had fed the flow dropped again.
As a consequence, the lava flow ceased some time during the night to Saturday and is now no longer active. At the vents, the regular strombolian activity continues at low levels with no significant visible changes.
Friday's event in particular demonstrated that the volcano, or, at least as far as the configuration of the summit vents and their activity, is far from being in a stable condition and surprises and short-notice changes in eruptive behavior are always possible, maybe more so now than during much of the past years.

Etna (Sicily, Italy): This morning, a swarm of small earthquakes occurred beneath the eastern flank of the volcano. The seismic activity started early this morning at around 6 am local time.
So far, almost 50 quakes have been recorded with magnitudes of up to 2.3, and the activity seems to be continuing.

Klyuchevskoy (Kamchatka): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 27000 ft (8200 m) altitude or flight level 270 and is moving at 20 kts in NW direction.
The full report is as follows: VA CONTINUOUSLY OBS IN SATELLITE IMAGERY OBS VA DTG:24/1720Z to 27000 ft (8200 m)
...24 Jan:
The world's largest and most active stratovolcano had a phase of intense activity today: Increased lava effusion from the summit produced increasingly large avalanches on the SE flank that ended generating massive block and ash flows (pyroclastic flows), which in turn created a tall ash plume that rose to 28,000 ft (7.5 km) altitude as reported by the Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Tokyo.
The main phase of the eruption began around 17:30 local time (5:30 GMT) and lasted about 40 minutes as can be seen in the following time-lapse video:

Shiveluch (Kamchatka): (24 Jan) Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Tokyo (VAAC) issued the following report: VA AT 20210124/0320Z FL170 EXTD W MOV 10KT REPORTED

Suwanose-jima (Ryukyu Islands): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Tokyo (VAAC) issued the following report: VA IS NOT IDENTIFIABLE IN SATELLITE IMAGERY.

Raung (East Java): Volcanic Ash Advisory Center Darwin (VAAC) issued the following report: GROUND REPORT OF ERUPTION TO FL120 EST VA DTG:24/1144Z

Popocatépetl (Central Mexico): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 19000 ft (5800 m) altitude or flight level 190 .
The full report is as follows: ONGOING VA EMS. to 19000 ft (5800 m)

Fuego (Guatemala): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 15000 ft (4600 m) altitude or flight level 150 .
The full report is as follows: NEW VA EMS to 15000 ft (4600 m)

Sangay (Ecuador): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Washington warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 20000 ft (6100 m) altitude or flight level 200 and is moving at 20 kts in W direction.
The full report is as follows: ONGOING VA EMS. to 20000 ft (6100 m)

Sabancaya (Peru): Explosive activity continues. Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) Buenos Aires warned about a volcanic ash plume that rose up to estimated 26000 ft (7900 m) altitude or flight level 260 .
The full report is as follows: INTERMITTENT EMISSIONS to 26000 ft (7900 m)

Stromboli (Eolian Islands, Italy): A short phase of elevated activity occurred at the volcano last night. A small surge of magma apparently resulted in a series of lava flows from the northern vents onto the upper Sciara del Fuoco, generating beautiful incandescent rockfalls on the steep slope. None of the flows reached more than about 100-200 m length and none remained active very long. ... read all
