POLICE ACTIVITY – UPDATE at 4:45 p.m.
The Santa Clara Police Department continues to investigate the situation on Agate Drive.
Officers canvased the area and did not locate any injured persons. This remains an active investigation therefore we are unable to comment further. However, we expect this to be our final update for tonight.

The Santa Clara Police Department is on scene of a shooting on the 3400 block of Agate Drive. The preliminary investigation reveals multiple shots were fired. More details will follow as information is available.
