In a large bowl, sift 3 cups all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp kosher salt and 1 tsp sugar. Combine well. Add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 tbsp unstirred coconut cream to the flour mixture and mix to knead a smooth and soft dough. You can also add more coconut milk, one teaspoon at a time if you feel that the dough is firming up too much. If you do not have coconut cream or milk, you can use water to knead the dough. Although, going a little out of the way and using coconut milk will be worth it. After kneading, cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. (Image courtesy: Instagram/@lagniappe_food)
